2016 Open 10 Results
What a wet day! Unfortunately loads of DNS riders, so thanks to those who decided to ride. And many thanks to the helpers – the marshalls, time keepers, pushers off, and especially the tea ladies! The winners were Jamie Pine of Sigma Sport with 20:48; second was Richard Mason of London Dynamo 21:46 and third Christopher Revell (Cambridge University) one second off at 21:47. The first Redmon rider was Eddie Allen in 6th and 22:41. The fastest vets were Robert Gilmour (Hounslow) + 6:26; second David Churchill (Bigfoot) +4:58 and third Mark Brambleby (Northover VT) +4:35. John Allen was the first Redmon rider in 5th place with + 3:38. The fastest (and only lady brave enough to compete was Rachel Baker (Mid Sussex Tri Club) 23:48. The fastest team were Redmon: Eddie Allen, John Allen and John Frost.
